You can read the current draft, and every change to it, in the repository: legal/terms.md. Until the reviewed terms are published here, the draft is not binding on anyone.
In short: Oolo is a personal health record, not a medical device, and it does not give medical advice (medical disclaimer). Your records stay on your device unless you turn on an optional service (privacy).
